Right after I posted the quoted message, I decided to go 
ahead.  I sent the quoted via email to the FBI tip line 
on the FBI web site.  I chose the FBI not knowing where 
Parr might be located.   As someone says, I'd rather err 
on the side of caution. 

I will also forward information on Parr's address and 
location to that same tip line.  No link is forwarded 
regarding the Spooks reflector or anyone on it.
