A quick search says that Woody Parr is a ham operator who enjoys pirate 
radio, annoying people on CB, and jamming VHF ham repeaters. Sounds like Al 
Fansome might have a reason to not like him... :-) But the last poster is 
right, it could actually mean something serious. After all, if I were a 
terrorist and I wanted to send out information on a murder to somebody in my 
terrorist group or whatever, I'd set up some kind of joke station like that 
so that nobody would take it seriously!
