Yep, I was wrong about the location...I converted the coordinates to six
digit maindenhead grid locator with soft ware and somehow interpreted EM84gn
(which is in NE GA not too far from Atlanta) as EL84 (which is in the Gulf)

There is an amateur radio operator by that name in that vicinity. I was
going to send him an email, but there is none listed in the database I
looked at. Wonder if the authorities should be notified, given the
specifics?
