Rodent Revolution might be fun and games.  But if that 
transmission is decoded properly, it sounds like a 
solicitation for murder.  Maybe it's a joke.  Maybe not. 
 Perhaps the safest method would be to notify the FBI.  
We can "presume" authorities are monitoring those 
transmissions and heard that one.  But presuming might 
not get the job done.
