Question;

Does anyone know anything about these two stations.

1.  CI?2
2. KIW2

Station 1. transmits every hour at 45 mins past the hour on 8.641.00 Mhz
USB for aprox 2 to 3 mins and sounds like it is being jammed.
Station 2. transmits every hour at 15 mins past the hour on same frequency
and sounds like it is also being jammed.

Both stations weak through rtty signals.

Both stations sounds like the numbers lady.

Any information of the above ?.
