CW & RTTY fans who also like encoded gibberish like us can also check out
10700-10900kHz range from 0200-0300 utc. There is often traffic from the
North Korean embassy in Havana. Modes are RTTY 50/1000 (sends plaintext
korean notices and encoded 5fg's), CW (sends 5fg's to correct errors in
RTTY transmissions), and occasionally USB opchat.
