Thanks Ben, that pretty well confimrs it or at least it correlates from what
I found. I determined with antennas that it was coming from the south west
and the strength and fading were consistent with that area. The callsigns
Lary Bandar have been sent several times and all the repeats meant a
training exercise.

Also ther eius nightly Japanese traffice from the fishing fleet off the east
coast of Nfld on 4191Khz at 0330Z most evenings. Sequential numbers are
substituted for calls signs so one never knows what ship has caught what.
