[Spooks] 4lg cw station, 10223kHz

Hi Ben:

I suspect its a military exercise , perhaps in the south east U.S. I am in
Ottawa and there are deep fades on the signals so almost impossible to tell
where its coming from.

I don't use a decoder but copy it manually and from the slight pauses I hear
before certain groups, suspect these are platoon deignators.

It is on this a.m. at 13:48Z and is quite weak but it addresses "all
troops... area...." then goes into ciphertext.   It has only appeared in the
last ten days.

How strong do you hear it and what part of the coutry are you in ?
