This station sending 4 Letter groups,cw for past ten days. Callup is =
VVVV for five mins and then  " LARY de BANDAR"  preamble is English. =
Generally 341 groups with pauses before what appear to be tactical call =
signs.=20

Either this is practice or someone has a ppor link.=20
Signal has deep fades but S4-S2  and good keying.
