[Spooks] ABC

Can't hear it here in the early afternoon, and at night 
there is a SITOR station on 6428, wiping out anything 
else. 

Anyone identify the beacon on 6998?  Sending ZA in CW 
constantly.  I rarely get to listen during the day so 
don't know if this is a regular signal or not.  I don't 
hear it at night.  Or never have before, anyway.  With 
QSB it is about QSA1 to 3 max at 2100Z 5/29.  Seems to 
miss a character now and then, but that may be the QSB.
