Hello Dave.

What you have is the US Coast Guard.

NMN is the Atlantic master communications station in
Virginia.

It's a bit odd that you'd hear them in Morse tho... they ended
CW watch operations a couple of years ago.

It COULD be that you heard a CW marker for crossband ham
contacts for Memorial Day; ham / military comms are a long
tradition on the holiday, along with the transmission of a greetings
message from the Dept. of Defense to radio amateurs.
