[Spooks] Reported E14

Hi Anon NY & All,
The E14 report Wed 1 May 02 is more likely to have been a 
"CB/pirate/taxi/commercial" type TX (what is the Stateside allocation for 
this freq?) for the following reasons:-
The very high freq given (26930), previous highest logged 16434kHz.
(alternatively if the freq was (2693.00kHz) it never TX'ed that low, 
5.153kHz being the lowest logged)
Last confirmed TX was in Q3 1995
It was never logged, and posted, in LSB mode.
It never in its history was logged as giving a number sequence as 
indicated.
