This brings up an interesting question. E17 was believed to be transmitted
from the recently closed Lourdes site in Cuba. Since the closure, E17 has
all but vanished.

So here's the $64,000 question - what about all the Russian spies who used
E17 to get their instructions? Did the Russians make alternate plans prior
to the closure? Or were there never any agents to which the messages were
directed?
