[Spooks] auto-reply - proofreading

This, ah, person, has been removed from the list. It's pretty tricky to
subscribe someone to one of the qth lists without their approval.

Typically, someone joins to  list, then later wants to leave.
They've thrown away the email they received that contains their list
password and details on how to do this. So, rather then expend a little
effort (and perhaps learn something in the process), to figure out how
to leave the list, they throw a little temper tantrum instead.

So a reminder to everyone - list passwords are sent out monthly, the next
time is in a few days in fact. If you've thrown away your password, be
sure to watch for the email in a few days, and save it this time.
