Hello Folks!
If you want to see some of these antennae from the comfort of your armchair
go to:

Look in the photo section for pics of embassy antennae [all except the
Japanese one which has been earmarked for further interest as has the one
visible along Pall Mall. That's possibly atop the Sudan embassy in
Cleveland Row].
There is also a long wire on New Scotland Yard, but feasibly to do with
G4NSY or the IPA stn.

The Iraqi embassy has a nice example on top as well. It is not active
anymore but I understand that during the Gulf fiasco a lot of TVI was
experienced as it was used.
