[Spooks] follow-up question on E10

This will be a neophyte question I'm sure, so feel free to respond off list 
or refer me to a URL if you like. (Chris, I did read the page you pointed 
me to btw.)

How has it come to be known that this station is indeed Israeli 
intelligence? Or is it just a widely-held supposition based on lots of 
clues? Seems like there's a history here. I ask because I'll want to 
explain it to others not versed in the "numbers racket" as it were.
