Hi Arik,
My very strong suspicion is that you have been listening to a transmission
from "E10" (Israeli Mossat). Your transcription fits the E10 pronunciation,
and also the "End of Message, End of Transmission" bit is the normal sign
off for E10.
If you want to compare you can listen to soundbits in the �Sounds off the
Wireless� section (select the "Numbers" page from there).
