[Spooks] E10 on 5170khz ...

This is one of the "message strings" that E10 is known to send. VLB is
known to send these, as well as KPA and several other E10 IDs. Some of the
message strings are short (like this one) while others have been much
longer. It's been proposed that they are send when some event has occured,
or is about to occur, in the Middle East (although in that region, it
seems an "event" occurs about every day, so that may be wishful thinking!)

Well worth watching, the strings sometimes change during the day.
