Hello all

   Don't know if this was already noted, but I heard Radio Havana Cuba =
on 12165 khz on March 10 at 0300 UTC. Audio was decent. Note the freq, =
our good friend V2a. The freq is not listed on their web page either as =
a new Spring frequency.
   Would have reported earlier but computer crashed.
