Hi Pete:
    This is the Cuban numbers station M8.  The 0400 3927 sked is the repeat
of the 0300 4027 sked that is currently heard on Tuesdays.
    At the same time is another M8 at 0400 on 10235 and the repeat sked for
this one is at 0500 on 11431.
    10126 is another M8 freq.  Did you also hear this at 0400?  I don't have
that listed at that time if so.
    The numbers are all cut numbers with:
A=1
N=2
D=3
U=4
W=5
R=6
I=7
G=8
M-9
T=0

    This is normally done in the interest of time to send the message.  The
trick is for all you CW fans is to copy the cut numbers as the actual
numbers themselves, not as the letters.  This takes a bit of practice, but
can easily be done with patience.
    For Wednesday try catching the following:
    1100 on 10126
    1100 on 10715
    1200 on 9331
