Once again am hearing 12 GPM CW on 3926 KHZ. Five
letter code groups, ten letters, obviously numbers.
Probably Spanish language in origin, possibly Cuba, but
with very little QSB at 0420Z, 06/04, not likely a long
path. Possibly Central American? S9 plus 10 db in New
Mexico on horizontal antenna, drops to S7 on vertical,
again suggesting short path.
Checked, suspected it might be simulcast with 10126.
Not the case. the 10126 signal is normally less than
perfect CW tone, but otherwise sounds similar. This one
is clear tone, T9.
Five letter call ups. Letters used in call and msg: N,
I, U, KD, M, A, T, R, W, G.
Station is on 3926 KHZ fairly regularly.
Any spooks in the Far East? Please listen to 10318 KHZ,
for possible "beacon" station. Was MCW at one time,
and was 24 hours a day. Would be cut numbers. Also
monitor 6855 KHZ for possible NCS station. CW
operation, possibly 18-25 WPM. Let me know if anyone
hears either signal, thanks. Possibly military style
call sign.
