[Spooks] help identifying enigma

I heard XM last night. I don't have an exact frequency, I'm using an old analog radio, but it is within a couple hundred KHz, I think, of 6,000. Time was 0300-0410 July 23 and still in progress at 0410.
I don't know if the two are related, but I also heard numbers following. The station was so weak, I couldn't tell the language, it was either English or German. I couldn't tell if the XL was saying sechs or six, Zvo (Zwei) or two, etc. Anybody else hear it?
