I have been following this closely as well. In the US conditions have 
been very poor this summer for reception of E10. Most of the interesting 
call signs seem to go of air before the optimum reception time here in 
the US as well (say about 9pm-12am Eastern Summer Time). The higher the 
frequency, the more likely reception I have found, but with interesting 
call signs reaching no higher than about 6930 kHz we simply continue to 
miss all the action :) Oh well... bring on the winter DX!
