Ok guys he's they dirt of this situation...

Have you ever been sued for something you heard while listening???

You might if you don't keep your mouth shut...

I didn't and I did...

Pure and simple...  I got sued for not keeping my big mouth shut...

Yes listen but keep it at home...

I did 'win' the judgement finally but only because I was up against a very
'stupid' individual... you may not be so lucky...

This is the voice of experience talking and hear and heed my words...
court rooms are not fun, judges have no sense of humor and damned little
knowledge of the 'Communications Act'...  not to mention time losed to
fight the battle... oh yeah, you all most likely will need an attorney (I
didn't but still...)

You can scream it's in the book or the 'Constitution' or what ever all
they way to jail... you will not be the first... believe me...  The jails
are filled with persons that were 'right'... judges and juries don't care
about that...

My point is,  enjoy your hobby but do it in silence...

Is that clear???

I'm just trying to save you from 'a world of hurt'...
