The French seem to be spending a considerable amount of time lately on
encryption. I think this has more to do with their fear of their neighbors
and the use of "Echelon". They have blamed the loss of several financial
deals in recents months and years to it's existence.

The British are very much trusted they have however been found to be rather
short sighted and having a rather elitist attitude when working with other
countries.

The mess of Japanese vs. Korea vs. North Korea vs. DRChina vs. PRChina. This
is a round robin spy show. The Chinese have managed to "steal" just about
every weapons system in production take note of their success in managing to
obtain virtually every nuclear weapon secret in the US and the release of
their new A/A missile system is a near copy of the (from what info I have
available, correct me if I am wrong) US sparrow system.

Indonesia, hmm are we really expecting nations to spy on their own citizens?
Next we will be expecting the same from Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia.

For Russia they have managed to find a way to business as usual. They are on
equal footing now however for polital and financial grounds. They will do
whatever they think it will profit "Mother Russia".

Spain while not mentioned should have been they seem to be very professional
in their work, more so than the Italians which seem to be on vacation. They
are perhaps to be found at the same place as the French agents on vacation.
