[Spooks] Fake?!

<< AM Fake.  sounds like recorded off air.  muted between groups.  Recorded 
short wave noise behind groups.  stopped with telephone switch message "if 
you would like to make a call please hang up and try again. If you need 
help..." etc.  someone running pot up and down.  short bit of music after 
phone time out.  sounds like assembled hoax. >>

This is weird but I didn't catch it. Someone running pot up and down?! 
Anybody know what it is?
