Hello:

I am not a movie critic by any means and I realize
this is not a list for this sort of topic.

After receiving a few posts on this list regarding
Vanilla Sky I went to the cinema a few weeks ago (just
prior to the Christmas holiday) to view it first hand.

I did not like the movie and would not recommend to
anyone either. Save your money and spend the time in
a more productive manner. There again, I realize we
all have different tastes and preferences.

However... My opinion, the film is too long and the
number station recordings are too few and too short.
They do not occur until the film is well in progress
(about three quarters through) and are present for a
very short duration in relation to the entire length
of the film.

Unless someone enjoys spending time at the cinema or
are a bona fide Tom Cruise fan, I suggest waiting
until the video is out and renting it, in the event
your curiosity is sufficiently piqued and wish to hear
the few fleeting number station recordings used as an
dramatic audio prop.

Hold the onions.

Thank you.

dT
