[Spooks] E10 the last couple of days ...

So much for having the same suffix now.  Lately I have been hearing E10
very, very well.  I find this new activity very interesting though,
especially in relation to all the recent military action by the IDF.  If
only we could find the connection! ;)

This is what people have theorized over the years. Interesting now that
Ary reports MIW23. I will have to give a listen tonight. When conditions
are good, I can hear E10 all the way down to 2 MHz freqs late
afternoon/evening here once it gets dark, though we're not in the middle
of winter anymore, and past the peak season for E10 for me.

I had forgotten that MIW also sends strings. I cannot recall, does CIO
also send message strings? (I guess this really isn't a message string,
just a non-standard ID, maybe we need a name for it?)
