		Ok,

		I have been monitoring this feed for some time and I still
don't get it.  I am new to the whole SW thing but can someone point me in
the right direction as to what I should be listening for ???  Also what does
the E10 and other things mean, I saw a week or so back that someone asked
the same question but I didn't get it.
