[Spooks] E10 the last couple of days ...

Interesting that they use the same suffix numbers (6,8,22). I caught VLB6
the other night on 6930.

There have been observations that E10 sends message strings and odd IDs
when tensions are particularly high in the region, as they certainly have
been the last week or so. I also believe that VLB and KPA are noted for
this activity, vs say EZI which never does this?
