I just added V21 to the list of CVNI computed pseudo-schedules 
http://www.cvni.net/radio/skeds/output. Unfortunately, loggings for this 
station are scarce (24 during the last 22 months).

It is not assured any valuable conclusion can be reached.

The new list of whedules should be available by noon UTC.
