[Spooks] Those Pips

Propagation is good tonight (and the local line noise is absent).

0250 06 Jan 2002 UTC  2199.880 kHz carrier freq, on-off-keyed dots or
pips about once per second.  

QSA0-2, fading in and out about every minute or so.  While the duration
of the pips seemed constant, the timing was not (as others have noted). 
Could not hear any tones on this or nearby frequencies.  

Nothing similar heard near 2232 kHz.  

I am located about 20 km south of Ottawa, Canada.
