I'm pretty new to the spooks thing myself. Your database seems to be a really excellent resource--I hadn't thought about trying to
improve it.
However, after a little headscratching, you might want to list a particular Frequency/Enigma code combination only once, and
maybe tabulate loggings for the last month, last 3 months, last year, and overall.
Even though this would eliminate a lot of duplication, there would be considerable information lost because what's just as valuable
as the currency of the logging is the place. It's nice to know what people in YOUR part of the world are hearing.
Maybe regionalize/summarize the location of the person who submitted the log?
I guess if it ain't broke, you don't really need to fix it...
