[Spooks] Newbie Questions

Just getting started in spy numbers reception. Finally got a computer
controlled rig, an Icom 746. If possible, could someone send
me a brief list of fairly easy to receive stations? My main
listening hours are likely to mornings from
2100-2300Z and evenings from 0100-0400Z.

I'd like to begin to record some of these and build up a good
"hot list" in my computer memory. Also are there "ranges"
of frequencies that are usually productive?

Any help appreciated.
