[Spooks] Help with logging something

[Dave Payne, Sr.]

I caught a numbers station today (I am new to
this)and am not sure what the Enigma is I should
log. 
English Speaking OM, blasted through so strongly
on longwire that even though my receiver only
does AM, I could understand everything he said in
SSB. I suspect this is air force or something
like that ("I say again..." Used standard
phonetics, except for "J," where he said "Joanne"
instead of Juliet.
SO what is the enigma here?
