"Sky King" refers to all bombers in the air which fall under
Strategic Air Command (SAC), and typically refers to "bombers
actually in the air, or about to launch".

A "Sky King, Sky King, do not answer..." messages can carry a EAM
(and have on occasion in the past), but UHF/HF channels are most
ineffective for sending such messages.

Most of the EAMs you hear on UHF is for training or exercise
purposes, equipment failure, or some green Lt having a brain fart.

An EAM refers to the CONTENT of the message, not the actual channel
or equipment it is passed over.
