Hi Guys:
Message #5 of February 17, 2002 in the automated loggings has a mistake.
The second from last log of M23 has the time and freq reversed. The correct
time should read 1500 and the correct freq should be 14750.
Perhaps Chris can make the correction in the database so it can be
searched correctly.
