For one reason or another someone subscribed you to this email list, which 
is devoted to short-wave radio monitoring. You can easily unsubscribe 
yourself from it.

FYI, I'm just a member, and don't run this mailing list. I simply want your 
messages to the list to stop as badly as you want to stop receiving 
messages from it.

Further FYI, the federal government doesn't regulate private email mailing 
lists. It has a role, and then only a limited one, in regulating unwanted 
commercial email abuse, which this isn't.
