[Spooks] 2662.0 kHz

This "weird tones" station on 2662.0 kHz is being received here on Long Island, NY between 0245 - 0400, 2/14/02 UTC. Feedback-like rising audio tones seem to cycle every 5 - 10 seconds or so and signal strength is only fair (S2 - 4) on my R71A. Signals are entirely in the clear though.
