[Spooks] odd tone

at 0515utc i've got an odd sound on 4625 usb.

sounds like a fog horn.

this freq has been logged at this time as S28.  I have no idea what S28 
sounds like.

i put a wav file up at www.netpath.net/~arizona/4625a.wav


What if we all tried to pull together and make a wav file for each of the 
existing stations and put them on the website so we could tell what each 
station sounded like?
