[Spooks] Weird tones

Strong here in eastern Ontario too.  Sort of reminds me of someone
running a wet finger around the rims of a bunch of wine glasses.  

Remember "slow PICCOLO", a multitone signal used by the East Germans
many years ago??  Add soft keying, irregular frequency spacing of the
tones, and here we are.
