[Spooks] Korean numbers stations

Ive noticed some Korean voice traffic outside the 80 meter ham (3.5-4 mhz)
band in past winters, might be a good time to start listening again....it
sounded military, prob over-the-pole stuff....since I'm an east-coaster.
