[Spooks] "310" on 14320 kHz

Station repeating "310" in A1A Morse from tune-in at 0101 UT until
stopping at 0110 UT, 28 August, on 14320.0 kHz.  At my location near
Ottawa in eastern Canada, the signal seemed to come from Europe (beam
NE) with good strength (QSA3 or S6).  

I missed the beginning, but heard nothing other than "310"
throughout.  No BT, AR, K, or  other.  A friend in Argentina says it
has been on daily (nightly) for about a week.  

Any ideas??
