[Spooks] 15615kHz numbers station

Hi Group-

Over the past few days, when listening to Kol Israel on 15615kHz at 1900 UTC, a
strong CW transmission appears exactly on frequency. The transmission consists
of a callsign "642" repeated several times, then a series of 5 figure groups;
usually all numbers, with a "dash" probably replacing the zero. The xmsn continues for between 2 - 5 minutes. This may be a Russian cut numbers station, or perhaps not, but I haven't come across anything on this frequency before. Does anyone have a guess as to what, or whom, this is?
