I am working on a web page for this station, the URL is
http://www.spynumbers.com/WBNY.html
I'll try to get the dates/times of previous loggings of it up on the
site (much as we did a few years back when that French station suddenly
appeared, V23?). It's always been reported on 6950 kHz AM, usually in
the local evening on the US east coast, around 0000z. Signals have been
weak, I don't think folks in Europe have much chance of picking it up.
But US pirates do sometimes make it across the pond.
I think we're proposing XRR as an ID for the station, although XWW is
also a popular choice. ;-)
