Below is a copy of the message, as well as a frequency table I computed for
each number sent. It might be a good idea for someone to double check both,
as I could have made an error transcribing what was sent (the chipmunk
sounding voice is not easy to copy) or making up the table. The message was
*not* sent a 5FG, I wrote it out that way for ease. 85 numbers total.

The smallest number is 1, the largest is 23. This screams out a simple code
where each letter of the alphabet is represented by a number. Of course
that could have been done on purpose, and it could well be pure gibberish,
with no valid message.
