[Spooks] Spanish voice

Lasat night, around 8 PM MDT, (August 12, 0200Z) heard 
the Spanish female voice on 6855 KHZ.  Caught two 
messages, (short uno) from the primary voice.  
Underneath was another voice transmission, also numbers 
in Spanish, that was not synchronized with the stronger 
signal, leading it by one group, but not the same group 
as the primary.  Mode was AM or SSBRC.  Hard to 
tell with the QRN/QRM.  Thought at first the very weak 
audio was from a poorly-erased tape on the primary 
signal.  However, when the loud signal ended, the weak 
one continued for several minutes more, barely audible. 
There was a very slight offset between the two carriers, 
and the weak one may have actually been directly on 
6855.000.  Carriers remained on the air, both of them 
(strong and weak) several minutes after end of 
broadcast.  Weaker carrier remained for quite some time. 
Actually read frequency  or primary signal as 6855.180 
KHZ.  "That's close enough for government work."
