Hi Martin,
all amateurs in the UK with the highest licence level (A) could apply,
they could operate just like on the other HAM bands, chats and propagation
experiments. Not resticted to any 'event'. They are allowed to operate also
all UK military stations on the same frequencies spots. A very unique item !
