[Spooks] UK Hams' allowed to use some MOD freq.

This is slightly off topic but may be of interest. Here in the UK, with 
special permission, full class A amatuer radio operators can use the 
following Ministery of Defence Frquencies:

 5260,5280,5290,5400 and  5405 khz. 

All modes of operation are allowed. They are also allowed to comunicate to 
MOD stations, a first here in the UK
