6950kHz
Veery strange signal here in UK this morning 07.00 - 08.30+z, 
intermittent, sounded as some form of RadioTel, "series of 3 dialling 
tones, getting an engaged tone most of time, no answer on connect but 
TX'er ?? gave a short unreadable "mechanical voice" message", data burst 
on one occasion.
